Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer customer service through our social media channels, please do not message in regard to order concerns and questions.

Email is best and you’ll receive a timely response from us.

Shipping:

We ship orders within 2-3 days. If you need something quicker, please email us after your order is placed and we will do our best to ensure it arrives to you in time.

Please always double check that your shipping address is correct, we are unable to reship orders if you forget to update your most current mailing address. Please double check this. Thank you.

International shipping:

At this time we only ship to Canada and the US. It’s possible we can ship to you, email us if you’re interested but we do not ship to the UK or EU at this time.

Bushyhead Botanicals is not responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country.  You are expected to pay taxes and duties upon receiving your package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Bushyhead Botanicals is not responsible for replacing packages that customers fail to pickup at their local postal service location due to custom delays.

Returns:

All of our products are carefully formulated and have been tested with ourselves and with family and friends. As a general rule, always conduct a patch test when you receive a new botanical product. All ingredients have been provided for you so use your discretion before purchasing.

It is not our responsibility to fix any issues related to allergic reactions. If an allergic reaction or irritation does occur, please discontinue use and contact your primary physician.

If you have any problems with your order (for example you received the wrong items) please do not hesitate to contact us.

Due to the nature of our products and size of our company, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, we value your business and you, if you are deeply dissatisfied with your product, please write to us and let us know, we’ll do our very best to make something work. We hope you understand.

Did something break?

We avoid using plastic as much as possible in both our product and shipping packaging, which means occasionally products may break in transit. While it’s rare, it happens. If your product broken in transit, please send an image and let us know within 7 days of purchase. We’ll ship a fresh one to you ASAP! Thank you for your patience.

Bulk/Wholesale

All bulk/wholesale orders require 6 to 8 weeks notice. Once your request has been accepted and planning has ended you will receive a contract (to sign) and your invoice via email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

We will send you the physical address upon approval of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
